Our team of lawyers comprises Tim Nies and Christian Van Riper. Both have extensive courtroom experience.

Tim Nies is a veteran of the U.S. Army Airborne Rangers and a former insurance defense attorney. As a former defender of insurance companies, he uses his substantial knowledge of how insurance companies analyze claims to help our personal injury clients receive the compensation they deserve. During law school, Tim clerked for one of the most well-known and respected family law appellate attorneys in South Florida.

Christian Van Riper is a former prosecutor for the state of Florida. Because he knows how prosecutors try cases, he can create proactive legal strategies for our criminal defense clients. Before becoming an attorney, he was an investigator with the Department of Children and Families, giving him a unique perspective into not only criminal cases, but also family law and divorce cases.

Together, Tim and Christian provide different perspectives as a formidable legal team. To best meet our clients' needs, we provide trustworthy services that focus on our clients. We work closely with clients to learn the unique circumstances surrounding their legal problems, investigate fully and develop creative legal strategies.
