Tim Nies is a veteran of the U.S. Army Airborne Rangers and a former insurance defense attorney. During law school, he was selected to clerk for one of the most prominent family law appellate attorneys in Florida. Christian Van Riper, a resident of Stuart, is a former Florida prosecutor and investigator for the Florida Department of Children and Families.

Now as criminal defense, personal injury and divorce attorneys, Tim and Christian use their past experiences to analyze cases using different perspectives. They are able to identify potential issues that may occur with each case and create proactive strategies. If necessary, Tim and Christian will take their clients' cases to trial.
