Last year when I was in the Navy, I was in the middle of an extremely stressful divorce with my ex who was in a completely different state than me. I was stationed in VA and tried to do the paperwork myself but kept getting the run around through the Newport News courthouse and was exhausted. I went to Mr. Dildy who was incredibly understanding and helpful and he took my case for me for an amazing price and got it all done for me in no time. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs any legal help and I’ve already recommended him to a couple of my friends looking for legal services. The staff in this office is also incredible and sweet and are quick to respond to emails and call you back. Great experience all around.

I met Mr. David Dildy from a very popular Lawyer in the Hampton road area in 2019 when my former lawyer became a judge. I remember that day like it was yesterday. My former lawyer said I will no longer be your lawyer but I have the perfect guy to handle your case. His name is David Dildy and Mr. Dildy is one of my mentors. Your case is very important to me. Mr. Dildy will be the best lawyer I know that will represent you and your husband well in the courtroom. I was a little nervous, but I wanted to trust my former lawyer. I went home and start doing some research about Mr. Dildy reading everyone’s comments. Some were good, and some were bad, but if you know how the internet works most people don’t take the time out to write a good rating, but will write a bad review in a heartbeat. My husband and I finally meets Mr. Dildy. As we begin to talk about the case he wrote notes, but didn’t ask us a lot of questions. The following week came we didn’t hear anything from Mr. Dildy’s office and we go to court in a few days. Our mind was all over the place. Two days before the court we received a call to come to meet with Mr. Dildy. Now before going to court, my husband and I won visitation with my godson, my godson’s mother was trying to take that away from us and didn’t want any dealing with us. We raise our godson since he was a month in a half to the age of five so, that lets you know the bond we had with that guy. Went to court we were able to keep our visitation rights. So we won that case. The next day the mom of my Godson didn’t comply with the court order, so we had to go back to court, and we won that case. This has gone on for about three years and every year we won. I hired Mr. Dildy again for the fourth time, due to the child’s mom still not complying with the court order. That’s when Mr. Dildy said we are going for custody, not knowing Mr. D’s strategy, we worrying, lordy I was. Once Mr. Dildy gets into the courtroom he is in a winning zone. We won our custody battle case, thanks to Mr. DILDY and the wonderful friendly staff at Weisberg & Weisberg law firm. To anyone that may be reading this review be patient, comply with the court order, write down the evidence if the other parties not complying with the court order, and try to get along with the other parties that are involved. It helps the child in many ways. A custody case is a very sensitive, draining, and overwhelming case for everyone who’s involved especially the child. I know this was a long review but it was well worth writing and hoping I can help someone else make the right decision in finding the right lawyer to represent them well in the courtroom. Will I hire Mr. D again? Yessssss I WILL!

Mr. Dildy assisted us not only with the legal case of our son’s school attendance, but recommended some alternatives for us to look at for his education. This was of real value as it led us to an online HS program for him as he deals with his anxiety.
