I have been involved with this law firm for over 15 years. I initially sought them out for a BWC claim that was denied. Kelly Willis represented me in 8-10 Industrial Commission Hearings and all were successful. In subsequent years the firm was successful in securing me SS disability benefits and finding me Physicians of Record when needed as well as providing me and my wife with Living Wills and Power of Attorney documents. I cannot thank them enough.

I started using Willis Spangler Starling back in 2015. Kelly , Phil and Abby have been absolutely great. They have been extremely professional and have answered the countless questions I had navigating all things related to the BWC. Abby has gone above and beyond so many times I can’t count them. They were at all my hearings and asked how all my appointments, testing and surgery had been. They have fought tirelessly to get me all the treatment I needed. I was referred to Willis, Spangler, Starling for a work injury. Tyler and Maggie are wonderful. I can email or call Maggie anytime and she will respond to any of my question. If she doesn’t know the answer she will find out and get right back to me. Maggie also keeps me up to date about my case through emaiI or mail.I have been represent mostly by Tyler but other attorneys at the practice have helped me as well. When I first met Tyler he told me that all of the attorneys will know my case and be up to speed on everything. I can say that I’ve worked with several attorneys there. They have stepped right in seamlessly. I have never been in a situation where I needed an attorneys help before.The whole practice has made a not so pleasant situation for me become a situation I can get through knowing I am receiving the best possible care.

Two and 1/2 years into a very complicated personal injury case, due to my being rear-ended by another motorist driving at a very high speed, the attorney representing me became incapacitated, thus unable to finish the case already in the litigation phase. These guys are thieves. Made a huge mistake on my claim and took the 33% anyways before settling the mistake. I had to appeal and file a bunch of forms to make them pay back the fees. They refused to pay it back even after acknowledging they made the mistake. Mrs. Willis, in particular, made calls to me about this and forgot even talking with me. She actually kind of dared me to fire them, which I did, then called back 2 weeks later surprised and wanting to discuss why it happened lol. Terrible law firm. Pass on these guys.

I have been a client of Willis Spangler Starling since September 2020. Tyler, Maggie and Philip have been handling my case and each and everyone of them have been extremely professional, courteous and beyond effective dealing with all aspects of my claim(s). I used this attorney for wrongful termination from a job. I had little to no contact with this attorney through out the entire time he was (supposedly) working on my suit. The only times I heard from him or one of his assistant was him telling me what he had heard back from the other party. Somehow there was a mix up on this attorneys end when he quoted me a money settlement and recommended that I take it. I was told one price on the initial call and then was told another lower price when it was time to sign paperwork. I felt like if this suit had been bigger and for more money that they would have made that I would have afforded more time to my case. Then when it was time to pick up my checks from his office I was told I had to pay an additional filing fee out of my pocket in order to receive my checks. Just make sure you investigate everything and I mean everything before hiring an attorney!!
