Biography
Aaron von Flatern is the co-founder of FVF Law and an Austin personal injury lawyer. He co-founded the firm in 2014 to provide accident victims with care and compassion, vital education, superb advocacy, and transparency.
These values help Mr. von Flatern educate all accident victims about their legal rights and options.
Mr. von Flatern represents accident victims injured in all types of incidents arising from the negligence of others. He handles car accidents and all other types of personal injury cases.
Mr. von Flatern has seen many successes in his career. He has tried many cases successfully and settled several cases for over $1 million. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor given to fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers.
Mr. von Flatern has also won many awards and recognitions. He was included on the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list. In 2022, he was listed as a Texas Super Lawyer. Avvo has awarded Mr. von Flatern a “superb” rating for his legal record.

Mr. von Flatern graduated from the University of Texas, Austin with a bachelor’s degree in economics in 1999. He graduated from Baylor University School of Law with his law degree in 2009. He is a member of the Texas State Bar. Mr. von Flatern is licensed to practice law before all Texas state courts.
Between undergraduate and law school, Mr. von Flatern worked as an insurance adjuster for self-insured companies and regional insurers. In that role, he learned how insurers handle insurance claims.
Mr. von Flatern now uses his legal skills and knowledge to help accident victims in their claims against insurance companies.
