      Biography

      Abbie is passionate about business. Her practice focuses on assisting businesses with everything from initial formation to dissolution, and everything in between. She assists clients with specific transactions, corporate record-keeping, corporate governance, asset acquisition, statutory and regulatory compliance, and litigation.

      In addition to her previous legal experience as a volunteer with Minnesota Justice Foundation and Southern Minnesota Regional Legal Services, she has banking experience as both a consumer and mortgage loan processor. She also has relevant business experience having managed her husband’s construction company since 2001.

      Abbie has a strong work ethic and a dedication to efficiency, which was demonstrated by her ability to complete a four-year law program in three years while commuting, working full-time and raising a child.

      Abbie received her Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law. She also received a Business Law Certificate through the Hamline University School of Law Business Law Institute. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Iowa State University.
