Adam Heisner's personal injury emphasis is motor vehicle accidents and slip, trip and fall cases. He began his career with the United States Army in 2008, serving as an operations officer, executive officer, platoon leader, battle captain and intelligence officer, managing soldiers and government resources, construction and combat missions. While in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, he published legal orders, maintained treaties compliance, and helped the judiciary establish rules of evidence in Afghanistan. He received a Bronze Star and General Letter of Commendation. He continues to serve as an officer in the United States Army. After receiving his law degree, he began his legal career in 2016 with a veteran-owned law firm, Litigation Station, before becoming an assistant Public Defender for the 20th Judicial Circuit from 2017-2019, assisting with more than 1,200 cases and litigating dozens of jury trials and hearings. More recently Adam worked for a large Plaintiff's personal Injury firm where he fought for justice for hundreds of injured clients. Adam enjoys fighting to get full compensation for his injured clients.
