We were stressed over a 3 point out of state speeding ticket after discovering we could not take a driving class to avoid points due to the ticket being issued in another state. AND… It would transfer to our state as a 4 point reckless driving! We were not reckless driving (!!!) but that same non reckless driving mph in SC would be charged as reckless in our home state once the paperwork was transferred.
