Adam Kornblau attended American University in Washington D.C. where he graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2007. After college, Mr. Kornblau attended Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he starred as a member of the school’s Bet Tzedek Legal Services Clinic, providing pro-bono services to individuals seeking to secure social-security disability benefits.
Since joining Kornblau & Kornblau in 2012, Mr. Kornblau has proven to be one of the preeminent rising star litigators in the northeastern united states. In the past several years, he has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict, including securing the single largest motor vehicle accident verdict in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 2020. See Toch v. Evans, 2020 WL 4048535 (Phila Cty. 2020). In the past five years, he has settled cases in the combined value of tens of millions of dollars. Some of Mr. Kornblau and his firm’s notable recent settlements include $2.9 million (2021-medical malpractice); $1.4 million (2020 motor vehicle accident); $975,000 (2020-medical malpractice); $500,000 (2020-MVA); as well as countless other six figure settlements.
In addition to his trial work, Mr. Kornblau has successfully argued motions Motions for Summary Judgment as well as other pleadings in various state and federal courts throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has also successfully argued multiple cases before the Pennsylvania Superior Court.
Mr. Kornblau is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. When he is not working, he enjoy spending time with his family and his dog, Fauci, and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams.
