Alan T. Grening, Esq. specializes in Personal Injury Law, Workers Compensation, PIP Arbitrations as well as Wills and Estates. Mr. Grening operates on the principle that a good personal injury lawyer means obtaining reasonable settlements for people who need and deserve them. Mr. Grening's practice focuses primarily on Automobile Negligence, Premises Liability and Fall Down Injuries, Workers Compensation and Wills and Estates.
Mr. Grening also serves as an arbitrator for both personal injury and contract cases and has been selected by both plaintiff and defense counsel to arbitrate uninsured and under insured motorist claims. He has obtained verdicts and settlements from insurance companies such as Allstate, GEICO, New Jersey Manufacturers, Liberty Mutual, Progressive and First Trenton.
Mr. Grening began his legal career at Tobin, Reitman, Caruso, Greenstein and Konray in 1990, and remained with the firm for three years. His specialization in personal injury cases such as fall-downs and auto accidents gave him his training as a trial attorney. Mr. Grening joined Garces, Grabler & LeBrocq, in 1993. He is our senior associate. Mr. Grening's practice entails Wills and Estates as well as issues in Elder Law where he counsels clients in the preparation of their Wills, Trusts, Guardianships and Powers of Attorney.
Mr. Grening attended George Washington University and was active in student government. Thereafter, he attended Nova Southeastern University for law school and served on the Honor Court and was Vice Dean of Delta Theta Phi Legal Fraternity. Mr. Grening enjoys history and politics, especially the American Presidency. Mr. Grening wanted to become a lawyer his entire life, because he loves fighting for the underdog.
