Albert M. Rodriguez is a partner in the Tampa office of Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. Mr. Rodriguez focuses his practice in the areas of general liability, first and third party insurance defense, long-term health care defense, hospital liability, and medical practice defense. His practice is also emphasized in the areas of insurance coverage, first-party property defense and in the representation of insurers in extracontractual and bad faith claims.
Mr. Rodriguez received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, Davie, Florida, in 1999 and Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida in 1995, majoring in criminology.
Mr. Rodriguez served as an assistant state attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida, where he prosecuted various juvenile, misdemeanor, and felony crimes, and tried more than 60 jury trials.
Mr. Rodriguez is licensed to practice law in Florida and is a member of The Florida Bar; he is also admitted in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida; and is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association. He is a member of the All Children's Hospital Development Council.
