Alex Whitman brings a strong work ethic and writing and advocacy skills to Cunningham Swaim. The winner of two national writing awards, Alex began his career as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Royal Furgeson of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He has since taken his experience as a federal clerk into practice, participating in cases in a broad range of practice areas from the beginning of a lawsuit to the highest level of appeal. Alex’s experience and skill set enables him to analyze and argue complex issues and make clear and compelling arguments, both inside and outside of the courtroom.
