Biography
Ms. Rohan joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2022 as Special Counsel. Her practice is concentrated in
the areas of trusts, estate planning and administration, real estate transactions, and litigation, but her
experience is varied and also includes other areas of law.Ms. Rohan has been working in private practice since graduating from Albany Law in 2016. She started
her own law firm in 2020 after over three years with another firm in Otsego County. In addition, she also
had a cybersecurity consulting business from 2020 to 2021. She incorporates her knowledge of
cybersecurity and date privacy into her daily practice and is passionate about protecting client data,
assessing and addressing risks for individuals and businesses, and assisting clients with privacy
