Allan Zelikovic, Esq., heads our Medical Malpractice and Pelvic Mesh/Transvaginal Mesh units. His work on more than 1,000 lawsuits dealing with issues of substandard medical care and dangerous drugs or devices testifies to the extensiveness of his experience (many of those cases involved injuries - some fatal - sustained during obstetrical deliveries, surgical procedures and emergency-room treatment).
A nationally prominent lecturer on discovery techniques and on medical malpractice and defective drug/device litigation issues, Mr. Zelikovic is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western New York jurisdictions of U.S. District Court.
