I must start with the front line. Brittany Mathieu intake specialist . If im in this spot to me its not good. Then she comes along she is the reason why I choose them. My dog got murdered my father has cancer dementia and now lung infection this morning im waiting ro gonsay my last goodbyes and feeling unsure about things. Thank God for people like her on the front line.she gave me what I needed to hear and have the courage to push forward cause of her postive thinking and problem solving when I didn’t ask thats amazing she is just as valuable as the lead , u can see why she is hired and front line. There isn’t a lot of people like her anymore in my book she is awesome So grateful for this team the company and the dedication to the potential clients quick on the emails made me feel heard and validated and talking to her on the phone is what sold me in. She’s versatile ,knowledgeable, relates, and a lot of patience. This is what I needed today yiundibt even know . Im blown away.
