Allison joined the Wescott office in May 2011, building her practice and becoming Director and Managing Partner in February of 2016. A cum laude graduate of the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center) and a Daniel Webster Scholar, Allison previously earned her BS in Business Management from the University of New Hampshire in 2005. Allison is admitted to practice in the Courts of the State of New Hampshire and the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire.
A graduate of the Leadership Lakes Region program, Allison is active in the community, serving as a mentor for young women in New Hampshire’s Circle Program, President of the Belknap Mill Society and a Board Member of Belknap Economic Development Council.
While Allison offers general legal services, she focuses her practice on criminal defense, personal injury and civil litigation. Her advocacy work includes DWI defense and other motor vehicle violations, criminal defense, labor and employment, landlord/tenant, Chapter 7 bankruptcy and contract disputes.
