Allison has dedicated her career to leveling the playing field for those who have been hurt at work or injured by the negligence of others across the state of South Carolina.
Allison is a thought leader in her practice areas and has been a featured speaker by a number of groups including the South Carolina Bar, South Carolina Association of Justice, Injured Workers Advocates, and the National Business Institute. She is also a contributing author to the Law School for Non-Lawyers, The Briefcase Lawyer: Essential Information for Every Practitioner, and The Law of Workers Compensation in South Carolina, all publications of the South Carolina Bar.
Allison's dad is a preacher and her mom is a nurse. She has seen firsthand how compassionate and committed leadership can impact lives and she applies those core principals in the representation of her clients.
As a talented problem solver, Allison has been recognized on multiple occasions by Best Lawyers in America, Super Lawyers, and the Columbia Business Monthly Legal Elite of the Midlands for her work in personal injury and workers' compensation.
