Allison joined Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh after owning and operating her own successful divorce and family law firm in St. Paul for just shy of 10 years. Allison has a dynamic divorce and family law practice focused on complex child custody and financial matters, and interstate and international child custody and divorce. Allison is a tough lawyer who draws on her advanced degree in psychology as well as her law degree to help clients navigate complicated family circumstances that require excellent legal service. She takes a problem-solving approach to her cases and works closely with each client to develop a strategy that will maximize results. Allison is a compassionate legal advisor as well as an intense and effective advocate. After growing up in Pennsylvania, attending college in Ohio, and residing in Washington DC for a couple of years, Allison happily adopted Minnesota as her permanent home. She attended graduate school, obtaining a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology before continuing her education at the University of St. Thomas School of Law. Allison enjoys hiking, biking, and kayaking with her husband, Nick, doing yoga, reading, eating Nick's delicious meals, and spending time with her family and friends.
