Alyssa Kriegler is an associate with McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. at the firm’s Marlton, New Jersey office. Ms. Kriegler’s primary areas of practice are civil litigation and employment law, including but not limited to matters involving discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Ms. Kriegler graduated from Penn State University where she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Corporate Communication. After taking a gap year “down the shore,” Ms. Kriegler attended Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law on a Dean’s Academic Scholarship.
While attending law school, Ms. Kriegler served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Linda A. Carpenter of the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas. In January 2021, during her 2L year, Ms. Kriegler joined McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C. as a law clerk at the firm’s Marlton office and continued working as a law clerk throughout the remainder of her law school career. During her final year of law school, Ms. Kriegler worked as a certified legal intern for Villanova Law’s Interdisciplinary Mental and Physical Health Law Clinic where she represented clients with special health care needs and received favorable outcomes in matters involving personal assistance services, health insurance disputes, and advanced directives. In May 2022, Ms. Kriegler received her J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.
Ms. Kriegler currently resides in West Chester, Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys attending classic rock concerts, ice skating, and spending time with her pets.
