Amanda practices in the area of civil litigation with an emphasis on employment and business law matters. Employment matters she handles include discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and assisting clients in negotiating and reviewing employment contracts. Business matters include breaches of contract, drafting and reviewing business agreements, and assisting with other business needs. She is excited to continue as an associate attorney after clerking at Collins, Buckley, Sauntry & Haugh PLLP during law school. Amanda is tenacious, empathetic, and thorough in her work with clients.
Amanda is a skilled legal writer, researcher, and strategist. During law school, Amanda served as the Managing Editor of the Law Journal of Public Policy & Practice. She served as a board member of the Mitchell Hamline Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and a member of the Business Law Society. During Amanda's final semester of law school, she externed in the chambers of the Honorable Susan Richard Nelson of the U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota. Amanda is passionate about women's issues and volunteered at the Minnesota WATCH courtroom program and Women's Advocates Shelter.
Amanda loves to read during her free time, spend time with family and friends, and walk her dog, Oliver.
