Amit K. Patel

Amit K. Patel grew up in London, England, moving to the United States in 1999 with his family. Upon graduating from the University of Georgia earning a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Real Estate, he attended John Marshall Law School. While in law school he excelled, participating on the mock trial team competing in nationwide competitions. He won numerous awards for his performances in the competitions.

After graduating from law school, his focus turned to the services he performed as a consumer advocate. He represented clients in business litigation matters and Bankruptcy. In addition, he dedicated time to assisting clients with Immigration and Family Law matters. His interests provided him the opportunity to work with communities in an effort to educate them on the law. He joined John Foy & Associates welcoming the opportunity to zealously advocate for injured parties. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and reading.

He is currently a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has been admitted to the U.S. Northern District of Georgia. He is also a member of the South Asian Bar Association. Amit is also fluent in the Gujrati language.
