Andrea Clare

Andrea is an experienced trial lawyer with a passion towards helping people in personal injury cases. As a trial lawyer, Andrea has had the opportunity to successfully litigate a variety of legal matters including: car accidents, family law cases, bankruptcy issues, landlord/tenant matters, breach of contract, insurance disputes, wrongful termination, employment matters, discrimination claims, birth injuries, medical malpractice, slip and falls, property disputes, and more. Such a diverse civil background provides Andrea a significant advantage as a general litigator and trial lawyer.

Andrea has been admitted to both the Eastern District and Western District Federal Courts of Washington, the United States Bankruptcy Court, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to Andrea's experience in the federal court system she has argued before the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court. Andrea's extensive appellate experience is a remarkable asset which also serves as a complements to her trial practice.

As native to the Tri-Cities area, Andrea was raised in Pasco graduating from Pasco High School in 1998. She then attended Eastern Washington University and went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate at Gonzaga University School of Law in 2006. Currently, she is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Benton/Franklin County Bar Association locally.

Outside the office, Andrea enjoys spending time with her family of three young children and husband, Kevin Clare. Andrea and Kevin met in high-school and continue to reside in Pasco. They are active members of Bethel Church in Richland.
