Mr. McCulloch concentrates his practice in estate planning with the law firm of Wakefield, Sutherland & Lubera, PLC which specializes in estate, business and Medicaid planning. Mr. McCulloch regularly conducts seminars regarding wills, trusts, powers of attorney, probate and pension law. Mr. McCulloch has an extensive background in the financial services industry which has proven to be invaluable when assessing clients' estate planning needs and assisting clients with properly titling their assets.
Mr. McCulloch received his Juris Doctor from Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University. While attending law school he was extremely active as Student Senator of his class and working for the alumni office. Mr. McCulloch is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Probate and Estate Planning Section where he was one of the earliest attorneys to complete the requirements for the Probate and Estate Planning Certificate program. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Administration.
