Mr. Plagge was born and raised in Iowa where he attended the University of Iowa. After college, he put his education on hold and joined the United States Army Reserve. He attended Basic Training and Officer Candidate School where he earned his commission to be an officer. After he finished his training, Mr. Plagge moved to the Tampa area where he started law school at Stetson University College of Law.
