Andrew Lyskowski is a native of mid-Missouri, raised in Jefferson City. Andrew attended Truman State University, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in English while maintaining an active role on campus, and began fostering his interest in law. Upon graduating, Andrew began law school at the University of Missouri, Columbia. During his time there, he was elected President of the Student Chapter of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and was honored to represent the University of Missouri School of Law in the American Bar Association's regional negotiation competition.
After graduating, Andrew spent a legislative session in Jefferson City at the Capitol working for Senate Research. After taking and passing the Missouri Bar Exam, Andrew accepted the position of an Assistant Attorney General learning and working exclusively in the area of workers' compensation in defending the State's Second Injury Fund.
An attorney at Bergmanis Law Firm, L.L.C., since 2007, Andrew focuses his ever expanding practice on workers' compensation and personal injury.
When he is not working, Andrew can be found outdoors.Our attorneys represent plaintiffs in personal injury and workers' compensation cases. We represent people charged with a crime in misdemeanor and felony cases. We provide aggressive representation for all of our clients with the goal of obtaining the best possible result in each case.
