I am proud to represent individuals and their families who have been seriously harmed by the negligent and wrongful actions of others. In every case, I focus on my role as both advocate for and counsel to each client. With this two-fold focus, I strive to obtain the best possible outcome, seeking compensation for each client fully, as a whole person. Dedicated to representing clients in all phases of litigation, my experience includes the exclusive representation of personal injury clients across the State of Texas and the nation.
In 2022, I won a $ 1.6 million verdict in a medical malpractice case. This trial victory, and other trial victories and settlements demonstrate my track-record of success for the Plaintiff. In fact, my work on behalf of the Plaintiff has been regularly recognized by my peers. D Magazine recognized me as a Best Lawyer Under 40 for 5 years in a row. I was also recognized as a Texas Super Lawyer and a Texas Rising Star ("Up and Coming 100) by Super Lawyers Magazine as well as by The National Trial Lawyers (Top 40 under 40) and Martindale-Hubbell (AV Preeminent).
Outside the courtroom, I serve on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Bar Association and the Dallas Trial Lawyers Association. I previously served as the 2022 President of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers. I also chair the State Bar of Texas Court Rules Committee. I have been honored for my community leadership by Governor of the State of Texas, the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.
I am Board Certified in Civil Practice Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocates. I am a graduate of the Baylor University School of Law and the University of Texas at Austin.
