Anh H. Nguyen

Senior Associate Anh H. Nguyen earned her J.D from Hanoi University School of Law in Vietnam, where she was a merit-based scholarship recipient and graduated in the top 10% of her class. She also holds two LL.M. degrees from Golden Gate University School of Law, including an LL.M in Taxation.

Anh's practice foci are Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy. Anh has substantial expertise in negotiating favorable settlements with large banks and insurance carriers.

Anh is licensed to practice law in California and New York. She is also admitted to practice in the following courts: Federal Court of New York, Third Department; U.S Federal Court Northern District of California; U.S Federal Court; Eastern District of California and U.S Tax Court.

Before becoming an associate at Rencher Law Group, Anh was an associate at a boutique civil litigation law firm in San Rafael, CA.
