Ms. Luong is of-counsel to the firm and focuses her practice primarily in the following areas: domestic and transnational business transactions; business transactional due diligence; business law advice to private companies; international visa requirements (in which she has published a guidebook); U.S. visa applications for citizens of foreign countries; and drafting and negotiating business contracts. Her broad-based prior legal experience includes labor and employment litigation services at a private law firm; over 10 jury trials as an assistant district attorney for the Harris County, Texas District Attorney's Office; acting as in-house counsel for domestic and international business contracts, government contracts and governmental regulatory issues for a multinational ship building conglomerate for 8 years; and forming and managing LHA Travel and its software development project that has resulted in the completion of an app, a web application and API for approximately 338,000 visa combinations covering 220 countries and territories in the world, including visa options for tourism, business, study, transit, diplomacy, work and residency. Ms. Luong performs most of her legal services from Houston, Texas.
