Anne MacArthur is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and holds an AV-Preeminent rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Anne was recently recognized as one of the Top 100 Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Lawyers in Wisconsin. Additionally, Anne’s work with co-counsel in a disability discrimination in employment case yielded two awards for Top 100 Verdicts in the United States for 2019, in Labor/Employment and in Civil Rights Violations.
Anne has represented hundreds of injured plaintiffs seeking compensation from the initial call through verdict and appeal and has litigated in both state and federal courts. Anne feels strongly that a successful attorney-client relationship requires trust, communication, and collaboration in relating the individual client’s unique circumstances to insurance adjusters and juries.
In addition to her well-honed trial skills, Anne also brings her compassion and common-sense approach to the litigation process, realizing clients seeking representation for personal injuries are doing so after the occurrence of an unforeseen tragedy. Anne fervently believes that listening to her clients is one of the most important aspects of the representational relationship and too often overlooked by practitioners who are under pressure to run burgeoning caseloads. Anne limits the cases she accepts and specializes in serious injury cases to ensure that each client receives the time and attention they deserve from their advocate.
