As a former Assistant District Attorney in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, Attorney Bittner personally prosecuted an untold number of criminal violations and oversaw major criminal investigations as an attorney supervisor of the District Attorney's investigations unit. In private practice since 1988, Attorney Bittner has been engaged in the defense of a broad range of criminal matters, focusing primarily on computer offenses, white collar crime and DUI defense.
