        My roommates and I were suing the property management company of a college town (who has screwed over thousands of college students). This company was notorious for charging their tenants for “normal wear and tear” and not giving the deposit back. Ard was extremely professional, transparent and communicative throughout the entire process, and won everything we sued for. Recommend to everyone.
