Asim E. Gulab

Asim E. Gulab is an associate with the law firm of Tunnell & Raysor, P.A. His practice is concentrated in the areas of Criminal and DUI Defense, Commercial and Residential Landlord-Tenant Law and Family Law.

Asim is a proud native Sussex Countian and a graduate of Sussex Central High School. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware and his Juris Doctorate from Widener University Delaware Law School. Prior to attending law school, he worked several years for his family's management company where he served as general manager for five hotels throughout Sussex and Kent counties, and later, operated his own hotel. During law school, Asim clerked at Tunnell & Raysor, P.A. and he has been a member of the Tunnell & Raysor family ever since.

Asim knows how to navigate a successful defense for your Criminal/DUI matter and is not afraid to stand with you during this stressful time in your life. Asim brings years of practical business experience with him that will aid him in securing a favorable outcome for your Landlord-Tenant matters. Asim is also knowledgeable of the procedures at the United States Patent and Trademark Office and has successfully obtained, renewed, and assigned trademarks for his clients. Asim is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of the State of Delaware, admitted to the Bar of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, and admitted to the Bar of the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He is also a member of the American, Delaware, Sussex County, and Maryland Bar Associations.
