Asmik Jasmine Gevorkyan

Ms. Gevorkyan is the founder and principal of the Gevorkyan Law Firm, A.P.L.C. During her career, Ms. Gevorkyan earned a reputation as a lawyer who works aggressively to see that her clients receive justice. Before establishing the Gevorkyan Law Firm, Ms. Gevorkyan was an insurance defense attorney. She has litigated and tried to verdict numerous catastrophic accident cases, including trucking, general liability, and products liability cases. Her experience on the other side of the courtroom gives her valuable insight about the most effective way to build strong cases and fight insurance companies. Ms. Gevorkyan now represents injured individuals based in varying parts of California and handles wide range of litigation matters, including car, truck, motorcycle, bicycle, and pedestrian accidents, wrongful death, brain injury, slip/trip and fall, dog bite/attack, premises liability, and dangerous products/products liability claims.

Ms. Gevorkyan has been consecutively nominated as a Top Female Attorney in Southern California, a Top 40 under 40 Attorney by the National Trial Lawyers, a Top 25 Mass Tort Trial Lawyer, and have regularly been named in recent years as a Los Angeles Super Lawyer Rising Star. Ms. Gevorkyan is admitted to practice in all State Courts of California and in the United States District Court, Central District of California. She has been certified by the Pepperdine University’s Straus Institute in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution. She is also certified by Westlaw for research proficiency in litigation, employment, tax, trademark, patent, international law, environmental and bankruptcy laws. Jasmine previously held a California Pharmacy Technician license. Her unique background, experience and knowledge of prescription drugs support her litigating personal injury, pharmacy, and physician/hospital liability issues.
