This attorney had a very cut and dry case with me receiving back child support. I paid over 4000$ to an escrow for this attorney and ended up with a bill of 6000$ still. During court she never gave the judge any of my tax records for the time I was trying to receive back child support. Because of this the judge said that I was not awarded back child support due to incomplete and insufficient evidence of what I owed during the time I was primarily taking care of the child. All that she stated to the courts was that I was “probably making a lot less from 2014-2017 then the taxes she provided for the year of 2018, which was filed with the court, so I was probably owed more the 25,000, and this was a better deal for the other party” Because of her negligence I was denied back child support, therefore loosing out of at least 25,000 if not more for primarily providing for the child for 4 years without child support.
