Barry A. Spaeth is a partner at Robbins, Kelly, Patterson & Tucker practicing in the areas of divorce, custody, construction, real estate, estate planning, and small business representation. He is a member of the Cincinnati Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Cincinnati Bar Association, Warren County Bar Association, and Ohio State Bar Association. Barry represents clients in Hamilton, Warren, Butler, and Clermont Counties, and divides his time between the firm’s Mason and Cincinnati offices.
In some of his more recent contested cases, Barry successfully represented foster parents in Hamilton and Butler Counties in gaining custody of their foster children, a mother relocating to another county who retained custody of her children, a grandmother seeking visitation with her grandchildren, a divorced mother seeking to enforce a divorce decree to obtain numerous payments due her from her ex-husband, a custom home builder who was sued by a disgruntled buyer, and a step-parent who wanted to adopt his step-daughter and was opposed by the biological father.
Barry grew up in Mason, Ohio, and is a lifelong resident of southwestern Ohio. He is a graduate of Westminster College in Pennsylvania and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He has taught English at Xavier University and, as a young graduate assistant, at the University of Dayton.
