Ben has been a featured speaker for The Missouri Bar Association, The Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys, and numerous other organizations on matters involving personal injury, employment law issues and trial strategies. In recognition of his work in these fields, Ben has been named a Missouri and Kansas “Super Lawyer”. Ben is a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorney’s Board of Governors.
Ben and his wife, Kris, have been married over 20 years and have two teenage children. Ben enjoys running, cycling, and competing in triathlons, including the 2017 Ironman 70.3 World Championships.
