Benjamin Levy

Ben Levy has won more jury trials in four years than most attorneys do in a lifetime, and he stands out as one of the youngest attorneys in Georgia to rack up more than ten civil jury trial victories.

Mr. Levy has had the good fortune of learning from excellent attorneys at every step of his career, and he gets results by litigating each case as if it will go to trial. He meticulously examines all angles in order to anticipate and effectively counter the opposing attorneys' moves, and he understands how each piece of the case fits into the overall trial strategy. His attention to detail, proactive maneuvering, and tireless work ethic are the tools that keep him ahead of the competition.

Prior to representing injured individuals and working "For the People," Mr. Levy worked for an insurance defense firm to better understand how insurance companies evaluate personal injury lawsuits for settlement, and how they defend those lawsuits at trial. Mr. Levy now uses this invaluable knowledge and experience against the insurance companies in order to provide expert representation for his clients.

Mr. Levy's leadership and commitment to helping those in need extends far beyond the courtroom. He donates his time, money, and energy to various charities, including Friends of the Israel Defense Forces, where he serves on the Southeastern Board of Directors, and the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, where he serves as the Under 40 Fundraising Chairman.
