Ben Ostrer has earned a reputation as one of the premier criminal defense attorneys in the Hudson Valley. He has handled numerous serious felony cases obtaining acquittals for his clients in homocide, manslaughter, sex offense and other violent and non-violent criminal matters. He has successfully argued appeals before the New York Court of Appeals and Appellate Divisions.
