Bernard Fineman attended undergraduate school at West Virginia State University. He graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law in 1958; and after his service in the U.S. Army, he returned to East Liverpool to practice law. Attorney Fineman is a former Trustee of the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association and a past president of the Columbiana County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in Ohio. Attorney Fineman's practice of law principally consisted of prosecuting insurance and personal injury claims and cases. He now has concentrates his legal representation in cases involving business relations, commercial law and probate law, estates and trusts.
