Blaine Dickeson

Dickeson Law Office was founded by attorney Blaine Dickeson, a Kansas City area native and lifetime resident.

Prior to founding Dickeson Law Office, Blaine worked as a trial lawyer for large area law firms specializing in creditors' rights and personal injury litigation.

Blaine advised and represented banks and other lenders for years prior to opening his own law firm, and has extensive experience in handling all variety of consumer and commercial matters relating to: loan defaults; credit card defaults; foreclosure and eviction; automobile, boat and equipment repossession and liquidation; debt collection; judgment execution and garnishment; bankruptcy; fraud and lender liability; real estate disputes; and consumer protection violations.

After graduating from law school, Blaine worked for major insurance companies defending claims involving traffic accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, defamation, workplace injury and other serious tort claims.

At Dickeson Law Office, Blaine is now able to use the skills he developed through representing big banks and insurance companies to protect the rights of the injured, the wronged, and the average consumer faced with lawsuits, foreclosure or harassment from debt collectors and creditors.
