Brad is an attorney at Brown & Crouppen, where he has dedicated his practice to representing those who have been harmed by the carelessness of others. Since joining Brown & Crouppen in 2017, Brad has represented individuals in a wide variety of personal injury cases, including truck accidents, car accidents, and wrongful death.
Brad spent the early part of his legal career as a prosecutor for the Office of the Circuit Attorney in the city of St. Louis. During his tenure with the Office of the Circuit Attorney, Brad tried multiple felony cases to jury verdict, including violent crimes, while also handling dozens of fraud investigations as a member of the White Collar and Fraud Unit. After several years helping crime victims get justice, Brad shifted his practice away from criminal law and into civil litigation when he joined a firm specializing in representing insurance companies and their insureds. Although he handled a variety of matters at this firm over the next four years, the majority of his practice was devoted to defending personal injury cases throughout Missouri and Illinois. After spending four years working on behalf of large insurance companies, Brad shifted his practice to helping injured victims secure fair resolutions for their damages.
Brad is licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. He received his law degree from Washington University School of Law, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in his Land Use Law course. Prior to law school, Brad graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.
In addition to his work at Brown & Crouppen, Brad provides pro bono representation in criminal defense cases. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Trinity Lutheran Church in Kirkwood.
When not practicing law, Brad enjoys hiking, swimming, boating, and many other outdoor activities with his wife, who is also an attorney, and two children.
