Bradley A. Pistotnik is a personal injury lawyer that concentrates our practice in trucking cases, semi accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, commercial motor vehicle accidents, fleet vehicle accidents, farm and construction equipment accidents and all car and motorcycle accidents. Brad graduated from the KU School of Law in 1981 and has a practice that has a present staff of 20 legal personnel with five lawyers who dedicate the Brad Pistotnik Law firm to helping accident and injury victims. We are hands-on attorneys and we file suit whenever necessary. My lawyers are presently licensed in Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Missouri, Texas, Florida and Illinois. Brad wrote the book Truck Accidents Kill and has lectured to lawyers at the Kansas Bar Association in legal continuing education seminars over tractor-trailer litigation.
