Brad Spicer devotes his practice at Morgan & Morgan to helping injured individuals obtain the justice they deserve. Mr. Spicer's practice is primarily focused on the handling of premises liability and negligent/inadequate security cases.Mr. Spicer received his bachelor's degree from the University of Kentucky in 2008 and then moved on to obtain his J.D./M.B.A. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2011. He is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and Arkansas and has represented clients in numerous courts across each state.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Spicer worked in private practice with two well known Memphis law firms where he gained the experience necessary to represent his clients at the highest level.
Mr. Spicer was born and raised in Memphis and is a graduate of Memphis University School. He is proud to call the city of Memphis his home and enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters when away from the office.
