Brad has been practicing law in Tennessee since 2000. A native of Erwin, Tennessee, he attended East Tennessee State University for his undergraduate studies and attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, graduating from both universities with honors. He joined the firm in 2001 and focuses his practice on civil litigation, with extensive experience in the areas of automobile liability, workers' compensation, and premises liability, among others.
