      Biography

      Bradley Hodge, a native of Knoxville, graduated with highest honors from the University of Tennessee in 1986 and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He attended the University of Tennessee College of Law, where he graduated with high honors in 1989 and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a legal scholastic honor society. Mr. Hodge received American Jurisprudence Awards for Contracts, Constitutional Law, and Wills, Trusts and Future Interests. After law school, he served in the federal courts as a law clerk from 1989-1990 for the Honorable John Y. Powers, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Mr. Hodge later worked as a law clerk from 1991-1997 for the Honorable James H. Jarvis, Chief U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of Tennessee in Knoxville.In April of 1999, Mr. Hodge was appointed by the Governor of Tennessee to serve on the Board of Commissioners of the Tennessee Human Rights Commission. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Halls Community Club and the Halls High School Foundation and coaches T-Ball, youth baseball and youth football.Mr. Hodge has been admitted to practice law in all Tennessee courts, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a member of the Knoxville (Co-Chair, Fee Dispute Committee, 1999-2001), Anderson County and Tennessee Bar Associations.Mr. Hodge's primary areas of practice include personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, work-related accidents, wrongful death, tort liability and product liability.
