Brandon is an employment lawyer representing clients from Memphis to Mountain City, and across the nation. He advises clients in the boardroom, and he represents them in the courtroom. Half of his practice is devoted to serving as an outside general counsel for large and small businesses, colleges and universities, and religious institutions, advising them on human resource policies, employment laws, and litigation avoidance. The other half of his practice is spent litigating employment-related issues, such as discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, non-compete, and trade secret claims.
Brandon co-authors an employment law column, The Law at Work, in the Tennessee Bar Journal. This column has been cited by federal and state courts on the topic of employment law. See Sadler v. Tyson Foods, Inc. (W.D. Tenn. May 27, 2022); Hardy v. TPC Southwind (Tenn. Ct. App. July 2, 2015).
