Mr. Loshak graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in Finance. After that, he worked in both the oil and gas industry and the mineral and land acquisitions sector. Mr. Loshak then obtained his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.

Mr. Loshak previously worked for one of the country’s largest and most prestigious law firms before joining forces with Evan C. Leach, to form Loshak, Leach LLP, a full-service business, real estate and estate planning law firm.
