Brent O. Roche

Brent’s practice is focused on a broad range of civil litigation, with an emphasis on personal injury claims. He has successfully represented individuals and families asserting claims for wrongful death, brain injury, electrical burns and other significant injuries. Two cases in which he was lead lawyer resulted in recoveries of more than $2.7 Million. He is recognized for his thoroughness and resourcefulness in complex litigation. Brent also enjoys representing small businesses in commercial litigation. He is keenly aware of the client’s need to achieve a just result as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. In appropriate instances he does not hesitate to recommend initiating settlement discussions prior to suit being filed or at an early stage of litigation. In all cases he strives to marshal the firm’s resources to develop the evidence needed to maximize results for his client.

Brent was born and raised in Pocatello, Idaho. Athletics were a big part of his life in formative years. That same competitive spirit that lead to early athletic success has served him and his clients well in his litigation practice. Physical fitness activities remain a high priority.
