Brett W. Stetzner joined the Law Offices of Harold D. Carr in 2013. Mr. Stetzner graduated from Gonzaga University School-of-Law in 2011 and he is a member of the Washington State Bar Association. Prior to joining the Law Offices of Harold D. Carr, Mr. Stetzner served as a law clerk for a trial court judge in Montana. As a law clerk, he was involved in several complex civil cases, he analyzed a wide variety of legal issues, and he regularly served as a court appointed mediator.
During law school, Mr. Stetzner received several merit based honors and awards, the greatest of which was being selected to deliver the student commencement address at Gonzaga Law’s 2011 graduation ceremony. Mr. Stetzner supplemented his legal education by working as an intern for a law firm in Spokane, Washington and he also completed an externship with the Washington State Court of Appeals. For his final semester of law school, Mr. Stetzner lived in Washington D.C. while completing an externship as a law clerk for a United States Senator.
Prior to law school, Mr. Stetzner earned a business administration degree from Gonzaga University and he worked for a year in the insurance industry where he got a foundational understanding of insurance practices. Mr. Stetzner is now devoted to obtaining just and fair compensation from insurance companies for those individuals injured as a result of negligence.
