Brian D. Shapiro

Brian Shapiro is committed to prosecuting challenging claims on behalf of deserving and injured victims. He passionately represents people with spinal, brain, and other serious injuries, and families of those who have passed away, due to the negligence and carelessness of others. He handles matters involving auto/trucking accidents, premises liability, government liability, medical malpractice, and insurance denials/insurance bad faith. A ‘measure twice, cut once’ kind of person, Brian approaches each case, issue, and challenge in a meaningful and calculated way. He’s obtained countless millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.

In addition to practice, Brian’s very involved with the Consumer Attorneys of California, our state’s foremost professional organization representing the interests of people against insurance companies and other powerful industries in Sacramento. He’s active with the San Bernardino, Riverside, and Orange County Bar Associations, and volunteers regularly for the Legal Aid Society of San Bernardino providing pro bono legal services and counseling to deserving members of the community.

During law school, Brian clerked for an Orange County Superior Court Judge where he became intimately familiar with being inside the Courtroom. He also earned numerous scholastic awards and recognitions and wrote, edited, and served in a leadership role for his school’s law review journal. In addition, he worked for several Orange County law firms including a large personal injury firm and a small consumer rights firm taking on banks, lenders, and collectors engaged in predatory practices following the recession.

Brian is admitted to practice law in California state courts as well as federal district courts in the Central District of California.
